Biography:
As a registered nurse specializing in emergency medicine and certified in EMT 3, I bring over 15 years of experience from both clinical practice and community EMS service. Currently working as a traveling ER nurse during the fall through early spring, I am passionate about improving emergency response systems and ending bystander hesitancy in crisis situations.
Involvement with the Non-Profit:
The inception of Compression Ready Communities stemmed from my experiences with Mission Lifeline Montana, where I served as a representative advocating for acute myocardial infarction care standards. Recognizing the critical issue of bystander hesitancy during emergencies, I conceptualized a solution through innovative educational tools like the "Light Up My Life Larry" CAB manikin prototype.

As the founding President of CRC, I spearhead strategic initiatives and steer the organization's mission towards empowering communities with life-saving skills and knowledge.

Recent milestones include overseeing a successful 12-week pilot program in early 2024, validating the effectiveness of our simplified educational approach. This achievement reaffirms our commitment to catalyzing significant social change by equipping individuals with the confidence and competence to act swiftly in emergencies.
